精液优化后置时间与受精时间对胚胎质量的作用评价

摘    要:目的探讨精液优化后置时间与体外受精时间对胚胎质量评价。方法 61个IVF周期,共获卵610枚:实验组:200枚卵子,精液优化后2h制作精子微滴加入培养后卵子,待2h后将拆除部分颗粒细胞的受精卵转移至新鲜的受精微滴皿中,培养14h-16h;对照组:410枚卵子,常规精液优化后2h,制作精子微滴加入培养后卵子,培养受精16h-18h。两组均在次日拆蛋,观察原核及受精情况,受精66h-72h观察其卵裂,并进行胚胎评分,比较两组的受精率、卵裂率、可利用胚胎率、优质胚胎率。结果实验组的受精率、卵裂率、可利用胚胎率分别为:77%、96.1%、59.5%;对照组为:74.6%、94.1%、53.4%;两组受精率、卵裂率、可利用胚胎率比较结果无统计学差异,P0.05。但实验组中可利用胚胎率较高于对照组;实验组的优质胚胎率为:53.4%较对照组43.4%高,统计学比较有显著性差异P0.05。结论降低精液优化后置时间和缩短受精时间不仅不影响胚胎的受精率、卵裂率;且会提高胚胎的可利用胚胎率、优质率,延伸临床的种植潜能,增加患者周期妊娠率。

Abstract:Objective:Semen optimize the post-time and time on in vitro fertilization embryo quality evaluation.Methods:61 IVF cycles with a total 610 eggs: Experimental group: 200 eggs,semen and sperm production of the optimized micro-droplets to join 2h cultured eggs until 2 hours after removal of part of the granulosa cells of the fertilized eggs transferred to a fresh subject to microscopic drop the PSTN to cultivate 14h-16h;control group: 410 eggs,conventional semen optimized 2h,production of sperm micro-droplets join the cultured eggs,fertilized culture 16h-18h.Both groups were dismantled in the next day,eggs,observe the situation of prokaryotic and fertilization,fertilization 66h-72h observed cleavage and conduct embryo scores were compared for fertilization rate,cleavage rate and embryo rate can be used,high-quality embryo rate.The results of the experimental group fertilization rate,cleavage rate,embryo rate can be used as follows: 77%,96.1%,59.5%;control group: 74.6%,94.1%,53.4%;two fertilization rate,cleavage rate,can be Comparing the results of the use of embryo rate was no significant difference,P 0.05.but it can make use of embryos in the experimental group than the higher rate;experimental group,high-quality embryo rate was: 53.4% higher than the control group 43.4%,statistically significant compared difference P0.05.Conclusion:Semen optimized to reduce the time and shorten the set time,not only the fertilized embryo does not affect the fertilization rate,cleavage rate;and would improve the availability of embryos embryo rate,quality rate,extending the cultivation of the clinical potential to increase the pregnancy rate in patients with cycles.
