摘    要:EM-MWD 系统是气体钻井随钻测量的主要技术手段,是近年来国外新技术研究的热点之一。中国石化石油勘探开发研究院成功研制了具有独立知识产权的电磁随钻测量系统样机—CEM-MWD。在地层电阻率为2~3 Ω·m 的地层条件下,有效测量深度达到了2100 m。阐述了CEM-MWD 的系统构成及工作原理,介绍了CEM-MWD 的现场试验情况,分析了试验数据及电磁信号传输的影响因素,论述了EM-MWD 技术的发展前景及趋势。其研究成果对于发展国内的EM-MWD 技术具有借鉴和指导意义。

Abstract:The electromagnetic measurement while drilling(EM-MWD)system is a major technical means for MWD in gasdrilling. It has been one of the popular researching subjects of new technologies abroad in recent years. The Petroleum Exploration Production Research Institute of Sinopec developed the model machine of the EM-MWD system, i.e., CEM-MWD. When theformation resistivity ranges from 2 Ω?m to 3 Ω?m, the effective surveying depth of CEM-MWD will reach 2100m. In this paper, thesystem structure and working principle of CEM-MWD are discussed, and the field test is introduced. The factors influencing the testdata and the electromagnetic signal transmission are analyzed, and the development prospect and trend of the EM-MWD technologyare discussed. The research results can be good reference to the development of the EM-MWD technology in China.
