夹层桥面板的有限元分析

摘    要:分别建立相同构造尺寸的普通正交异性钢桥面板和夹层桥面板有限元计算模型,并另外建立三种改变U型肋数量和间距的夹层桥面板计算模型,采取相同的边界条件,施加相同的荷载,以比较两种结构桥面板的总体受力性能。结果表明:当采取相同的构造尺寸时,夹层桥面板的刚度和承载力与普通正交异性钢桥面板相比得到了很大的提高;当两种桥面板获得的总体受力性能接近时,夹层桥面板可以大大减少加劲肋的数量。

Abstract:Finite element models of orthotropic steel bridge deck and sandwich palte system bridge deck were established separately, both utilized the identical size, and other three modles of SPS bridge decks which varied the amount and space of ribbed stiffener were designed. All models adopted same boundary conditions and applied same loads, to compare the overall mechanical performance of the two structure bridge decks. The results show that when utilized the identical size ,the stiffness and bearing capacity of SPS bridge deck are increased greatly than orthotropic steel bridge deck. While both decks obtain the similar overall mechanical performance, the SPS decks just need relatively less longitudinal stiffeners.
