摘    要:采用鼓泡法研究了改性木质素磺酸盐缓蚀阻垢剂GCL2-D3在不同硬度、碱度水质中的阻垢性能;采用旋转挂片法研究了在不同pH、含不同无机离子水质中的缓蚀性能。结果表明,在碱度小于3mmol/L、硬度小于6mmol/L条件下,6mg/L的GCL2-D3阻垢率可达到100%;在碱度为6mmol/L时,40mg/L才达到100%。在水质pH=5时,缓蚀率约为40%~45%,pH=6~10时对碳钢具有很好的缓蚀性能,碳钢的腐蚀速度小于0·05mm/a;当水质中含有Ca2+和HCO3-时,GCL2-D3形成的吸附膜和无机沉淀膜协调增效,能有效地减缓碳钢的腐蚀速度。GCL2-D3对水质具有较好的适应性。

Abstract:The corrosion and scale inhibitor GCL2-D3 was prepared by modifying lignosulfonates.Its scale inhibition performance in water of different alkalinity and hardness and its corrosion inhibition performance in water of different pH and containing different inorganic ions were studied by bubbling and weight loss methods.It is found that the scale inhibition ratio of 6 mg/L GCL2-D3 reaches 100% when alkalinity is less than 3 mmol/L and hardness is less than 6 mmol/L.If alkalinity is 6 mmol/L,the scale inhibition ratio of 40 mg/L GCL2-D3 reaches 100%.When pH=5,the corrosion inhibition ratio is 40%~45%.When pH=6~10,GCL2-D3 has good corrosion inhibition performance,the corrosion speed of carbon steel being less than 0.05 mm/a.In the water containing Ca2+ and HCO-3,there is a good synergistic effect of the adsorbed film of GCL2-D3 and the deposit film of CaCO3 on the surface of carbon steel.It thus reduces the corrosion speed of carbon steel effectively.GCL2-D3 has good applicability to different water qualities.
