| 摘 要： | 目的 测定黑线仓鼠及其白化突变系的血液生理生化参数,比较两者的差异,为医学实验研究提供参考.方法 用眼球取血的方法采集动物全血,分别制备抗凝血和血清,应用全自动生化分析仪和全自动血细胞分析仪进行测定.用SPSS10.0软件包对测定结果进行分析.结果 测定了黑线仓鼠及其白化突变系的血液生理生化正常值范围,并与其它动物的数据进行了比较.结论 确定了黑线仓鼠与其白化突变系的血液生理生化正常值范围,两者在多项指标上存在差异.而且,黑线仓鼠及其白化突变系的血小板计数均高于小鼠,约高出3倍,这一差异可能有利于两者作为血液凝集实验模型的研究.
