摘    要:黄陵背斜北部低品位石墨矿具有多泥和高云母含量的特征,在磨矿过程中矿泥易造成矿石和介质粘结而形成“闷筒”,片状云母、鳞片石墨等润滑性矿物易造成物料和介质作整体滑动,从而大幅降低磨矿效率。为查明引起磨矿效率低的主要原因,开展了矿石可磨性研究。综合分析表明,磨矿浓度和介质充填率是影响磨矿效率的主要因素。

Abstract:The low-grade graphite ore in the north of Huangling anticline is characterized by rich mud and high mica content.In the grinding process,a large amount of mud is easy to cause the ore and medium to bond and form a“stuffy tube”.The flaky mica,flake graphite and other lubricating minerals are easy to cause the material and medium to slide as a whole,thus greatly reducing the grinding efficiency.In order to find out the main cause of low grinding efficiency,the grindability of ore was studied.Comprehensive analysis shows that grinding concentration and medium filling rate are the main influencing factors affecting grinding efficiency.
