| 摘 要： | 文章详细分析了复卷机卷取控制工作原理，提出采用变频控制的卷取控制实现方案，找到了关键点的负载耦合机理，提出简便易行的解耦方法，进而在系统建模基础上，给出了有效的卷取控制策略，并分析了实际系统的动静态性能特性。

| Abstract: | With analyzing the working principle of the Winder Machine control,this dissertation presents a scheme of the AC drive control. Discovering the key point of the load coupled phenomena,the paper bring forward a simple control method. Based on the system modeling,the effective winding strategy are presented. Also the system's dynamic and static characters are analyzed. |
