| 摘 要： | 分析了供应链管理平台的合作模式，从技术层面和机制层面探讨了第三方供应链管理平台合作中的问题．从运筹学角度讨论了管理平台中的委托-代理关系，构建了委托方和代理方的合作矢量图和数学规划模型．

| Abstract: | The problem in the third-party supply chain flat management cooperating is discussed,and the patent of the cooperating is analyzed. The vector chart and mathematical programming model between the principal and agent are founded according to analyzing the principal-agent relationship from the perspective of the operational research. |
