| 摘 要： | 为有效处理锰系生产中产生的大量除尘灰,对以锰尘为原料酸浸生产硫酸锰的工艺条件进行了研究。通过对四种试验方案的试验结果进行对比分析,确定锰浸出率较高的试验方法。试验结果表明,室温下锰的浸出率与加热至95℃时相比,锰的浸出率低很多。

| Abstract: | For effectively treating a lot of dust generated in smelting manganese series products, it makes a study on technology conditions for producing manganese sulfate by acid leaching with the raw material manganese dust. After contrastive analysis on the four test results, it confirms the trial method for higher manganese leaching percentage. The result indicates that leaching percentage of manganese is lower in room temperature than in the temperature heating up to 95 centigrade degree. |
