| 摘 要： | 为了高质量、全方位、多层次地为读者服务,需要了解读者对图书馆的满意度及他们对图书馆的需求和建议.在对读者进行大规模调查的基础上,对图书馆馆藏利用及读者服务情况进行了初步分析,并提出了一些建议,对图书馆馆藏建设和读者服务提供了强有力的参考依据,起到了不可替代的作用.

| Abstract: | In order to serve readers well,whether they are satisfied with the library,their needs and their suggestions should be investigated.In this article,some statistics on the utilization of the books and other items in the library have been got and the surveg situations have been analyzed,And at the same time,some effective improvements are presenfed,These can help to provide powerful and significant reference statistics for books and items collection construction and services offered to readers in the library. |
