连续油管水平井多簇滑套作业探索与实践

摘    要:针对水平井压裂时经常遇到的砂堵现象,通过研究连续油管内压力损耗原理,建立了连续管摩阻计算模型,参考模型计算结果优选连续管,完善地面设备配置,形成一套连续油管水平井多簇滑套解堵工艺。利用该工艺可以在不起下井内管柱的情况下,实现油管或套管内解堵施工,工序简单有效,作业效率高,同时可有效避免因堵塞压力的突然释放带来的井控风险。该作业技术经吉林油田红平57-**井现场试验,成功实现解堵施工,为实现后续压裂提供了保障。

Abstract:In view of the sand plugging phenomenon in horizontal well fracturing,the friction calculation model of coiled tubing is established by studying the principle of the internal pressure loss in coiled tubing. The coiled tubing is optimized by the model calculation results so as to improve the ground equipment configuration and form a set of the multi-cluster sliding sleeve plug removal technology in coiled tubing horizontal well. This technology can be used to realize the plug removal construction in the oil pipe or casing without running and retrieving the inner pipe string,which is simple and effective. At the same time,the well control risk caused by sudden release of the plugging pressure can be avoided. This operation technology has been successfully implemented in the field test of Hongping 57-** well in Jilin oilfield and realized the plug removal construction,guaranteeing the subsequent fracturing.
