摘    要:为了探究一种高能含硼化合物硼酸肼对HTPB推进剂和改性双基推进剂能量性能的影响,采用美国NASA-CEA软件,在标准状态下(Pc∶P0=70∶1)模拟计算了含硼酸肼的丁羟推进剂和改性双基推进剂的能量特性。结果表明:硼酸肼单元推进剂的理论比冲值(Isp)达到2639.9N·s·kg^-1;用硼酸肼取代HTPB中的AP,当硼酸肼质量分数为80%,Isp最大值为2598.8N·s·kg^-1,较基础配方提高了7.5%,继续使用ADN与硼酸肼进行复配,Isp最大值为2638.3N·s·kg^-1;用硼酸肼取代CMDB推进剂中AP,当硼酸肼质量分数为20%时,获得最大比冲值2451.5N·s·kg^-1,较基础配方提高了0.6%,继续加入Al粉可显著增加配方体系的能量水平。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of a high-energy boron-containing compound,hydrazinium salts of tetrakis(3,5-dinitro-1H-1,2,4-triazolyl)borate,on the energy properties of HTPB propellants and CMDB propellants,using the NASA-CEA software from the United States,the energy characteristics of HTPB propellant and CMDB propellant containing hydrazine borate were simulated and calculated under standard conditions (Pc∶P0=70∶1).The results show that the theoretical specific value of the hydrazine borate propellant reaches 2 639.9N·s·kg^-1,as replacing AP in HTPB with hydrazine borate,when the mass fraction of barium borate is 80%,the maximum value of Isp is 2 598.8 N·s·kg^-1,which is 7.5% higher than the basic formula.Continue to use ADN and hydrazine borate for compounding,Isp has a maximum value of 2 638.3 N·s·kg^-1.Replacing the AP in the CMDB propellant with hydrazine borate,when the mass fraction of hydrazine borate is 20%,the maximum specific impulse value is 2 451.5N·s·kg^-1,which is 0.6% higher than the base formula.The addition of Al powder can significantly increase the energy level of the formulation system.
