| 摘 要： | 为满足武器系统安全保险及可靠点火的需求,设计了一种新型的安全点火装置,分析了其结构组成和工作原理,通过试验验证该点火装置在解除保险后能够可靠导通点传火通道,在不解除保险时不导通点传火通道,防止点火装置意外发火。本研究为点火装置类产品的安全性和可靠性设计提供一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the requirements of safe insurance and reliable ignition of arm, a kind of new type of safe ignition device was designed, the structure of the device was introduced, as well as the function mechanism was analyzed. The verification test showed that the ignition device can make the fire transfer channel clear and ensure ignition after arming, and the fire transfer channel not conducted, as well as prevent from accidental firing as not arming. The study provides a new idea for safety and reliability design for some ignition device. |
