| Abstract: |
This article analyzes the current status and deficiencies of continuing education (CE) of librarians in China. The deficiencies are short of fair and internal driving force and scientific mechanism of talent competition. The authors propose some suggestions such as setting up a system of talent training and improving examination and evaluation systems. |
