杂多酸-聚合物复合膜催化合成丙烯酸-2-甲氧基乙酯

摘    要:制备了Keggin型磷钨酸-乙烯醇复合膜催化剂,用FT-IR等分析方法对催化剂进行了表征。以该复合膜催化合成丙烯酸-2-甲氧基乙酯作为探针反应,考察了反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数对催化剂活性的影响。研究发现,该固载型杂多酸催化剂对丙烯酸-2-甲氧基乙酯合成具有较高的催化活性,此类聚合物固载型杂多酸采用有机无机复合的方式形成,具有制备简单、催化活性较高、可再生、催化剂易回收等优点。在最佳反应条件下,丙烯酸-2-甲氧基乙酯的收率可达到95.4%以上。

Abstract:A H3PW12O40-polymer composite film catalyst was prepared,and was characterized by FT-IR.Using it as catalyst,synthesis of 2-Methoxyethyl Acrylate as probe reaction,effects of reactant molar ratio,catalyst dosage,reaction time and catalyst reusedly on catalytic activity were investigated.The catalyst had strong catalytic activity and definite regeneration behavior.The heteropoly acid-polymer composite film was synthesized conveniently by organic-inorganic blending,and can be separated and recovered easily after reaction.Yield of 2-Methoxyethyl Acrylate can reach over 95.4 % under optimized conditions.
