| 摘 要： | 目的:分析脑弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuse axonal injury,DAI)的CT表现并和临床症状相结合,评价CT在DAI诊断中的价值,进一步加强对DAI的认识。方法:回顾分析临床确诊的175例DAI病例的CT资料,并与临床症状相对照。结果:151例脑质中见到一个或数个点状出血灶,其中大脑半球69例,胼胝体17例,脑干41例,小脑13例,脑室11例;24例未见明确出血灶;153例出现弥漫性脑肿胀。结论:脑CT扫描是临床诊断DAI的有力依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the findings of diffuse axonai injury(DAI) ON CT and relative clinic features and evaluate their value.Methods A retrospective study was conducted 175 patients with DAI on the CT and the clinic features.Results One or a lot of hemorrhage lesions were found in 151 cases,including 69 cases in cerebral white matter,17 cases in corpus callosum,41 cases in pons and medulla oblongata,13 cases in cerebellum,11 cases in ventricle;no lesions were found in 24 cases;there were diffuse brain oedema in 153 cases.Conclusion Analyzing comprehensively the CT and the clinic features in diffuse axonal injury,CT scan is one of the important examining methods for DAI. |
