铸钢件横波超声波检测工艺参数的影响

摘    要:通过研究调整横波超声波检测工艺参数对ZGOCr13Ni4M0铸钢件检测效果的影响,发现并分析了缺陷反射回波波幅随超声波参数影响变化关系.试验结果表明:横波超声波检测工艺参数对不同缺陷类型影响程度不同,对于规则的圆孔类缺陷,工艺参数,如K值、频率及晶片尺寸对缺陷反射波波幅影响不明显;而对于裂纹类缺陷,随着探头K值增加,缺陷回波显著降低,随着频率的增加缺陷回波波幅减小,随晶片尺寸增加缺陷反射回波增益逐渐降低,但降低幅度不大,影响效果不明显.铸钢件横波斜探头超声波检测宜选用小K值、低频率、小晶片尺寸探头.

Abstract:Various transverse wave ultrasonic testing parameters influencing the echo wave result of ZG0Cr13Ni4Mo casting steel were studied and analyzed.Experiments were conducted to study the effect of parameters such as K value,frequency and size of ultrasonic transducer on echo amplitude of the defect.The results show that the ultrasonic testing parameters have different influences on different defects.The echo wave amplitudes with regular circular hole defect hardly change with the parameters.But with increasing ...
