论深凹露天矿的高台阶开采

摘    要:本文扼要说明了高台阶开采命题的内涵和提出的背景,分析了主张高台阶开采的主要论据,对高台阶开采的合理性,现实性提出了质疑:指出,露天矿台阶高度的确定是露天开采优化的重要组成部份,确定最优台阶高度的准则是露天矿开采全期的正现金流量最大;论证了高台阶开采不是我国深凹露天矿的技术发展趋势,也不是当前挖潜增产的主要途径;文章给出了露天矿采出矿岩运输功与台阶高度的函数关系。

ON HIGH-BENCH MINING IN DEEP OPEN-PITS

Abstract:The paper briely describes the connotation of the topic "highbench mining" (HBM) and its coming out background, and analyses the main grounds of argument for HBM and raises the queries on the rationality and reality of HBM. It is pointed out that dedermination of open-pit bench height is an important component part of open-pit mining optimization and the criterion of optimum bench height determination is maximum positive cash flow in full open-pit mining period. It turns out that high-bench mining method is neither a development trend of deep open-pit mining technology nor a major way to tap the production potential and increase production at present in China. The paper presents the functional relationship between transport work of ore and rock handling and bench height in open-pits.
