某农药厂职业病危害因素现状调查

摘    要:目的了解该农药企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素种类、浓度及分布,探讨代森锰锌生产过程中职业病危害的关键控制点和关键控制措施,为该类工程的职业病防治管理提供依据。方法按照《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ159—2004)要求,对该农药厂代森锰锌生产线运行过程中存在的职业病危害因素进行检测及分析。结果该农药厂工作场所中二硫化碳、乙二胺、硫酸锰、硫酸锌粉尘、噪声等职业病危害因素浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生接触限值要求,合格率为100%。结论该企业采取的职业病防护措施运行有效,但仍应加强计量槽、反应釜、离心机等设备的日常维护,防止职业病的发生。

Abstract:Objective To understand the types, concentrations and distribution of occupational hazards in the production process of the pesticide factory, discuss the occupational control points of such projects, and support the management of the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Detection and analysis of occupational hazards occurred in main production line of the pesticide factory were carried out, according to Specifications of Air Sampling for Hazardo~ Substances Monitoring in the Workplace ( GBZ 159 - 2004 ). Results Concentrations or intensities of occupational hazards that the workers contacted with including carbon disulfide, ethanediamine and manganese sulfate were in accordance with the limits of relative standards, and the pass rates of them were all 100%. Conclusion The protective measures on occupational hazards in the pesticide factory are feasible and effective. However, daily maintenance of measuring tank, reactor and centrifuge and should be strengthened to prevent occupational diseases.
