摘    要:介绍了新一代基于集成信息模型的级进模智能CAD/CAM系统-CAMSLS。它采用面向对象的方法画描述基于特征和知识的冲压件集成信息模型,综合运用RBR、CBR、ANN、等AI技术,实现了造型过程的并行工艺性评价、单特征工程方案的生成及高度自动化的工步排样,及在基于事例推理和参数化标准模具库技术基础上得到模具设计实例,输出工程图纸和NC代码。对集成信息模型、工步排样和模具结构设计等做了进一步阐述,对

Abstract:An intelligent CAD/CAM system for progressive die (CAMSLS) is presented. In this system, integrated information model of piece part, which is based on feature and knowledge, has been described in the object oriented way. With rule based reasoning, case based reasoning and artificial neural network, the judgement of the blanking part validity and the process reasoning of single feature have been realized concurrently during the modeling process. The automation of blanking layout has been implemented. The results of mold design, together with the drawings and NC codes, are achieved based on the technigues of case based reasoning and parametric standard mold parts database. In this paper, integrated product information model, blanking layout and the design strategy of die structure are presented individually in detail. The advantages of the CAMSLS system are pointed out.
