摘    要:以TiCl4为钛源。以异丙醇和去离子水为溶剂,采用水解法在低温下制备了纳米TiO2溶胶。利用紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)表征了溶胶的光学性质;利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)及X-射线衍射仪(XRD)对溶胶中TiO2的形貌和结构进行了表征;以甲基橙为模拟污染物,考察了紫外光下溶胶的光催化性能。结果表明,溶胶中TiO2为锐钛矿型,晶粒为球形,粒径为20nm左右;溶胶中TiO2的UV-Vis吸收光谱发生明显蓝移,表现出量子尺寸效应;制备的Ti02溶胶在紫外光下具有很高的光催化活性,光照150min,10mg·L-1甲基橙溶液的降解率达到95%。

Abstract:The nano-TiO2 sol was prepared by hydrolysis of TIC14 in a mixed solvent of isopropanol and dei- onized water. X-Ray diffraction (XRD),TEM, UV-Vis were used to characterize the optical properties of the sol. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by degradation of methyl orange (MO) under UV light irradia- tion. The results showed the TiOz crystal contained in the sol was anatase, spherical with a size of about 20 nm. The UV-Vis absorption spectrum of the TiOz sol had an obvious blue shift for the quantum size effect. The TiO2 sol exhibited high photoeatalytic activity and the degradation rate of 10 mg · L-1 of MO solution under UV light irradiation reached 95% within 150 min.
