精子膜检测与男性不育的相关性研究

目的探讨精子膜检测与男性不育的相关性。方法收集男科门诊自2009年12月至2011年12月的不育患者精液标本102例为研究组;并同时收集同时段来检查的正常生育者精液标本100例为对照组,采用伊红-Y水试验、低渗肿胀试验、检测精子形态和精子膜低渗肿胀率,并进行相关性分析。结果与对照组比较,研究组的精子头部未着色率、尾部低渗肿胀率均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),精子活率则相较对照组明显降低(P<0.01);相关性分析可见,精子尾部膨胀率与精子密度(r=0.251)、活力(r=0.529)、活率(r=0.592)呈显著正相关性,与精液白细胞浓度(r=-0.141)呈显著负相关性。结论精子膜功能可能与精液参数密切相关,可将其作为评价男性生育能力的重要指标之一应用于临床。

Study on correlation between sperm membrane detection and male infertility

Objective To study the correlation between the sperm membrane detection and male infertility. Methods The semen samples were collected from 102 infertile men（study group） and 100 normal men（control group） in the andrology outpatient department from December 2009 to December 2011 and performed the sperm shape detection and the sperm membrane hyposmotic swelling rate detection by the eosin-Y water test and the hypos- motic swelling test. Results Compared with the control group, the sperm head non-coloring rate and the sperm tail hyposmotic swelling rate in the study group were decreased obviously, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）,the sperm motility rate was significantly decreased compared with the control group（P〈0.01）. The correla- tion analysis showed that the sperm tail swelling rate was significantly positively correlated with the sperm density （r=0. 251）,vitality（r=0. 529） and live rate（r=0. 592）,and significantly negatively correlated with seminal leuko- cyte concentration（r= -0. 141）. Conclusion The function of the sperm membrane is closely related with the sperm parameters, which can be used as one of important indexes for evaluating the male reproductive ability.
