我国中部欠发达地区城镇化与生态化研究——以河南信阳市为例

文章以河南信阳市为例,按照人与自然和谐和科学发展的理念,运用发展经济学、城市经济学和生态学等理论,从国家宏观生态政策和生态系统发展规律入手,全面分析了中部欠发达地区农村城镇化的现状及发展趋势;提出了"城镇生态化"概念;揭示了在我国中部经济欠发达地区的小康社会和社会主义新农村建设实践中生态化是方向、城镇化是手段的社会经济发展规律;并阐述了生态化和城市(镇)化之间在发展过程中的关系与作用机制,对中部地区全面建设小康社会具有重要的理论和实践价值.

The Zoologilization and Urbanization in Undeveloped Middle China——A Case Study on Xinyang City

According to the idea of harmonious and scientific development between human and nature,taking Xinyang City of Henan Province as an example and national macroscopical zoological policy and developing rules of zoological system as a departure,this article,with the aid of theories of developing economics,city economics and bionomics,tends to first give a comprehensive analysis on status in quo and developing direction of urbanized country in undeveloped middle China,and then,put forward the concept of "zoologilized town",thirdly uncover the rule of constructing well off society and the new socialism country in the undeveloped middle China,as well as the social economic developing rules with zoologilizing as direction,and urbanizing as means,and finally elaborate,on the one hand,the relationship of the two and their operation mechanisms in the developing process,and on the other hand,their important theoretical and practical values to the constructing full-scale well off society in middle China.
