O2/CO2燃烧产物辐射换热系数计算方法及影响因素分析

摘    要:O2/CO2燃烧技术与常规空气燃烧技术相比,其燃烧产物的成分和辐射传热特性存在较大差异,其辐射传热特性也发生很大变化,常规辐射换热系数计算不再适用于O2/CO2燃烧计算。为此,综合纯试验法和光谱法建立了更适合O2/CO2燃烧时的辐射计算模型,以满足O2/CO2燃烧锅炉设计的需要,并将该模型应用于实践,分析辐射换热系数影响因素及其影响大小。结果表明:对辐射换热系数影响最大的是烟气中水蒸气含量的变化,CO2含量、压力和辐射层厚度的变化对其影响不大。
