摘    要:提高教学质量是高等教育的永恒主题。确保临床教学质量对于培养合格的临床医学专业人才至关重要。以国家医学教育标准为指导,借鉴教学质量保障与监控体系,从调整课程设置、优化教学模式、培训提高临床师资、改善临床教学条件和建立针对性工作制度等方面提出质量保障的强化对策;从适时完善质量标准、多渠道收集整理教学信息、规范开展教与学质量评价、多途径实施教学信息反馈与调控、坚持“三个结合”的实施策略等方面提出质量监控的强化对策。

Abstract:Improving teaching quality is the eternal theme for universities.The quality of clinical teaching is very important to train qualified clinical medical professionals.With the guidance of national standards for medical education and learning the quality assurance and control system, this thesis proposed the strengthening countermeasures from adjusting the course offered and optimizing curriculum teaching model, improving clinical teachers training, improving the clinical teaching conditions and a guaranteed working system.And meanwhile it put forward the countermeasures from the aspects of completing the teaching quality, collecting multi-channel information, developing the standard in teaching quality evaluation, learning ways to implement the teaching information feedback and regulation, and adhereing to the "three combination" as the implementation strategies of strengthening quality control measures.
