摘    要:根据长庆气田陕242井天然气欠平衡钻井配套技术(低密度高强水泥浆固井技术)研究应用,进行了大量的室内试验研究。试验研究得出增强减轻外掺料、高温降失水剂及低密度高强水泥浆体系。现场试验结果表明,该体系固井质量良好,完全满足欠平衡钻井对固井水泥浆的要求。

Abstract:A great number of testing studies were carried out for the research and application of light-weight high-strength slurry cementing technique-one of the set of techniques used for gas under-balance pressure drilling in well Shaan--242 in Changqing gas field and a light-weight high-strength slurry system including the lightening and reinforcing additives and high-temperature filtration-reducing agent was developed by the authors.On-site testing results indicated that the cementing job quality is satisfactory by applying such a system which can fully meet the demand of the under-balance pressure drilling for cementing slurry.
