盆底重建术治疗盆腔器官脱垂的治疗效果评价

目的:评价应用网片盆底重建术治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床疗效。方法:选择2008年以来新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院盆腔器官脱垂行网片盆底重建术患者80例,以POP-Q分期作为客观疗效评价指标,以盆腔器官脱垂生活质量问卷(P-QOL)量表作为主观治愈指标。结果:手术均顺利完成,术后恢复良好,无1例血管损伤、尿道损伤、膀胱及直肠损伤。术后3个月定期随访,无感染、无复发、无性生活障碍,补片侵蚀发生1例经治疗后好转,肛门坠胀感1例,穿刺处及大腿区疼痛1例,术后早期尿频、尿急、排尿不尽2例。结论:网片盆底重建术用于盆腔器官脱垂的治疗安全、有效,术后并发症少,值得推广,仍需长期随访。

Evaluation of the curative effect of pelvic floor reconstruction in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor reconstruction with mesh in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse.Methods:Eighty patients with pelvic organ prolapse who were treated with pelvic floor reconstruction with mesh in the hospital from 2008 were selected,POP-Q staging was used as the objective evaluation index of clinical efficacy,and prolapse quality of life questionnaire scale was used as the subjective cure index.Results:The operation was successfully completed for all the patients.postoperative recovery was good.No vascular injury,urethral injury,bladder injury,and rectal injury occurred.All the patients were followed up at three months after surgery,no infection,recurrence,and sexual life obstacle occurred;one patient with mesh erosion improved after treatment;one patient with anal sense of fall-swell,one patient with puncture position pain and thigh pain,and two patients with early postoperative urinary frequency,urgency,and dysuria were found.Conclusion:Pelvic floor reconstruction with mesh is safe,effective,less postoperative complications in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse,which is worthy to be popularized,and long-term follow-up is still needed.
