Abstract:According to the development trend of the module power supplies and the working principle of active clamping circuit, the paper studied a kind of active clamp forward soft switching circuit which employs magnetic amplification technology and fixed volts seconds control technology,and detailed theoretical analysis of the working process of the electric circuit is made in the paper.On the basis of theoretical analysis,a 25 W power prototype was designed.After tests,the theoretical analysis was verified correct.In the whole load range,soft switch transform between the main switch tube and clamp switch tube was completely realized, and soft switch realization conditions was not dependent on transformer parameters.In using the schottky diodes rectifier,the conversion efficiency in full load was 89%above.
