| Abstract: | The meaning of the independent telecommunication regulation body is analyzed thoroughly and the paper proposes three levels on the independence characteristic of independent telecommunication body.Based on the analysis on difference of telecommunication regulation systems around the world,some suggestions about establishment of our country's independent telecommunication regulation body are proposed. |
