能量回收绞车试验台液压系统研究

摘    要:渔轮用液压绞车的卷筒钢丝绳长2000m,生产出来之后需要进行长时间的寿命试验.常规的试验方法通过节流为测试绞车加载,发热多,能耗大.以能量回收方法将绞车试验台的传统节流式系统改造设计成新的液压系统,实现能量的回收再利用,减少节流发热,提高整个系统能量的利用率.

Abstract:A life-cycle testing is demanding for a fishing-vessel-related hydraulic winch with 2 000-meter-long reel wire rope.Hence,the conventional testing method,in which the throttling is applied for winch loading,will result in extra heat-emission and energy-consumption.In this paper,the traditional throttling system of a winch test-bed is upgraded into a new hydraulic system through energy-recycling.Therefore,this approach can facilitate the bespoke system in the energy reuse,heat reduction and efficiency improv...
