超声弹性成像技术在前列腺良恶性疾病诊断方面的研究进展

前列腺组织处于异常病理状态时,相较于正常组织其弹性或硬度会发生改变。超声弹性成像作为一种全新的成像技术,可通过获取组织弹性定量信息反映前列腺形态和病变情况,具有方便、快捷和无创的优点。该文主要介绍超声弹性成像技术诊断前列腺癌的诊断结果与肿瘤位置、大小、Gleason分级的关系,及其在前列腺良恶性疾病诊断中的应用。

Research Advances in the Ultrasonic Elastography in Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Prostate Diseases

The elasticity or stiffness of prostate tissue is changed under abnormal pathological condition compared with normal tissue. Ultrasound elastography, as a new imaging technique, reflecting the prostate morphology and pathological changes by obtaining quantitative information of tissue elasticity, is convenient, flexible and noninvasive. Here is to make a review of the relationship between elastic ultrasonic findings and prostatic location, size and Gleason score, and the application of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases.
