摘    要:论述了以混合单氯代邻二甲苯为原料,采用液相空气氧化法制取单氯代苯酐的方法。讨论了催化剂配比、反应压力、溶剂浓度、溶剂与原料比对反应收率的影响。采用真空精馏分离出3-氯代苯酐和4-氯代苯酐。采用该方法,产品收率和纯度比苯酐氯化法、气相氧化法更高。其工艺技术路线可行,适于工业规模生产。

Abstract:it expounds method of benzene anhydride monochloride production by liquid phase air oxidation with mixed o-xylene monochloride as raw material.It discusses influences on reaction recovery rate of catalyst dosage ratio,reaction pressure,solvent con-centration,rate of solvent with the raw material.3-benzene anhydride monochloride and4-benzene anhydride monochloride are separated by adopting vacuum rectification.The recovery rate and purity of products by such method are much higher than those by methods of benzene anhydride chlorination and gas phase oxidation.Route of its' process and technology is feasible and applicable for commercial production in scale.
