大学生上网健康负效应及其影响因素分析

目的了解上网给大学生健康带来的负效应及其影响因素。方法随机整群抽取某大学二年级14个班806人进行问卷调查，获有效问卷775份，对其中746份有效的上网者的调查问卷进行分析。结果网络成瘾的检出率为8.3％；男女生网络成瘾检出率间差异有统计学意义；生理负效应得分分别与心理、社会负效应得分成正相关（P=0．000），心理负效应得分与社会负效应得分亦成正相关（P=0．000）；多元线性回归分析显示，学生上网时间、学习成绩、性别、性格、对上网影响的认识、家长对上网的态度、情感交流、娱乐休闲及交友是健康负效应的影响因素（P〈0.05）。结论互联网对大学生的健康已造成全面的影响，应以成绩差、性格内向的男生为重点，从多方面采取措施进行干预。

Negative Health Effect of Surfing the Net to College Students and Its Influencing Factors

Objective To explore the negative health effect brought on by surfing the net to college students and its influencing factor.Methods Totally 806 students from 14 classes in a college were chosen by randomly cluster sampling for questionnaire survey,and the eligible questionnaires from 746 students who have a history of surfing the internet were analyzed.Results The proportion of addicted students was 8.3%;There was a linear correlation among physiological,psychological and social negative effect scores.The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the influencing factors of health negative effect consist of the students' time of surfing the net,marks,personality,sex,character,recognition of influence by surfing;as well as the parents' attitude toward surfing,emotion exchanging,entertainment and friendship(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet has made general effect to the health of college students,and multiple intervention measures need to be taken for them,especially for those males with lower grade and introversion.
