中国西北地区电力市场和清洁能源交易运营绩效分析

以构建涵盖能量与辅助服务等电力市场形态、计划与市场等电量空间、中长期与现货等市场体系、跨区跨省与省内等市场范围的交易运营绩效分析体系为目标，重点结合西北地区电力市场建设和电力交易运营实践，开展交易运营数据多维精益统计分析。研究了当前跨区跨省市场运营交易需求的主要分类，为促进西北地区电力市场建设、新能源利用、交易价值创造等高质量运营提供借鉴。力图反映当前阶段西北地区电力市场交易的全貌特征，为市场主体更好参与电力市场交易、确定营销策略、进行交易决策提供参考。重点关注了提升新能源利用水平的交易品种和交易机制，结合新一轮电力体制深化改革要求和电力市场高质量运营需求提出建议。

Analysis on Operation Performance of Power Market and Clean Energy Transactions in Northwest China

Aiming at establishing an analytical system of transaction operation performance, covering power market forms, electricity space, market system and market range, this paper makes a multi-dimension statistical analysis of the power transaction operation data based on the power market construction and power transaction operation practices in northwest China. A study is conducted on the main categories of transaction demands of trans-region and trans-province market operations, so as to provide a reference for promoting the power market construction, new energy utilization, and transaction value creation in northwest China. In addition, this paper tries to describe the current overall features of power market transaction in northwest China, so as to provide a reference for market players to better participate in the power market transaction, determine the marketing strategy and make trading decisions. The focus of this paper is put on the trading types and trading mechanisms for improving the utilization level of renewable energy, and some suggestions are proposed to improve the operation quality of the power market.
