摘    要:随着风电场接入电网的规模不断扩大,风电出力的不确定性给电力系统调度带来巨大的挑战。利用太阳能光热发电(concentrating solar power,CSP)良好的调节能力以及电加热装置(electric heater,EH)的风电消纳能力,平抑风电出力的波动性,并采用条件风险价值(conditional value-at-risk, CVaR)度量调度成本不确定性风险。以多个场景集下的综合成本最小为目标,构建计及条件风险成本的含EH-CSP电站多源发电系统优化运行模型。引入精英存档策略,提出一种含精英存档的微分进化鲸鱼优化算法对模型进行求解。结果验证了所提模型和方法的优越性,并分析不同置信水平对调度结果的影响。

Abstract:With the continuous expansion of the wind farm scale connected to the power grid, the uncertainty of wind power output has brought great challenges to the dispatch of power systems. To this end, this paper relied on the good regulation of concentrating solar power (CSP) and the wind power accommodation of the electric heater (EH) to stabilize the volatility of wind power output and used conditional value-at-risk (CVaR) to measure the uncertainty risk of dispatch cost. For the minimal comprehensive cost under multiple scenarios, an optimal operation model of a multi-source power generation system with the EH-CSP plant considering conditional risk cost was constructed. The elite archiving strategy was adopted, and a differential evolution whale optimization algorithm with the elite archive was proposed to solve the model. The results verify the superiority of the proposed model and method, and the impact of different confidence levels on the scheduling results is analyzed.
