| 摘 要： | 目的：分析研究广西产五月艾挥发油的主要化学成分。方法：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取五月艾挥发油，并通过GC-MS对挥发油成分进行鉴定，用面积归一化法计算其相对百分含量。结果：广西产五月艾挥发油的得率为0．40％，从挥发油中鉴定了62个成分，占总离子流图峰面积的92．71％，其中主要成分为：1R-（1R＊，4Z，9S＊）]-4，11，11-三甲基-8-亚甲基-二环7．2．0]．4-十一碳烯（11．05％）、大根香叶烯D（10．52％）、石竹烯氧化物（7．15％）、龙脑（5．34％）、石竹烯（4．02％）：斯巴醇（3．84％）、桉油精（3．80%）、松油醇（2．29％）等。结论：此方法简便可靠，可为合理使用广西产五月艾药材提供一定的科学依据。
