摘    要:目的:探讨补充硒减轻腹腔注射5-氟尿嘧啶对大鼠空肠功能损伤的机理.方法:60只大鼠随机分为补硒组(Se)和非补硒组(NSe),经腹腔注射5-FU后,分别于注射后第1,3,5日处死,检测大鼠空肠粘膜水分、硒含量、丙二醛含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和双糖酶活性.结果:两组动物空肠粘膜水分含量无显著差别;Se组空肠粘膜硒含量显著高于NSe组(P<0.01);丙二醇含量在注射5-FU后第1,3日显著低于NSe组(P<0.05);谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性在注射后第五日显著高于NSe组(P<0.05);蔗糖酶及麦芽糖酶活性在注射后第3日显著高于NSe组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:补充硒减轻5-氟尿嘧啶对大鼠空肠功能的近期损害.

Abstract:AIM: To evaluate the mechanisms of supplementof selenium (Se) reducing damage of ie innal function by 5--fluorouracil (5--FU) in rats. METHODS= Sixty Sprague-dawelyrats were randomly divided into selenium group (Se groUp)and non--selenium group (NSe group ). Having received intraperitoneal injection of 5-FU, they were sacrificed before (n= 6) and on day l, 3 and 5 (n~8) respectively for the measurement of water content, Se content, malondialdehyde(MDA) content, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activityand disaccharidase activity in ie innal mucosa. RESULTS:There was no significant difference in water content betweenthe two groups. In the Se group, Se content was significntlyhigher than in the Nse group (PRO. 01 ). MDA content weesignificantly lower than in the Nse group on day 1 and 3(P<0. 05 ) after injection. GSH--Px activity was significantly higherthan in the NSe group (P<0. 05) on day I after injection.Disaccharidase activity was significantly higher than in theQSe group on day 3 (P< 0. 05, P< 0. 01 ) after injection.CONCLUSION: Supplement of Se may reduce damage of ie junal function by o FU in rats.
