| 摘 要： | 文章分析加入世贸组织后我国医药知识产权保护的现状,从知识产权保护的方式,存在的问题等方面提出相应对策。指出加快实施医药知识产权保护战略,是发展我国医药经济、提高国际竞争力的必由之路。
