丝杠副动态综合精度的计算机辅助评定

摘    要:根据最新精度标准,采用优化算法处理机床梯形螺纹丝杠和滚珠丝杠副的螺旋线动态测量误差,并对机床梯形螺纹丝杠的螺旋线轴向误差、螺距误差、螺距累积误差和滚珠丝杠副行程精度的四大指标进行精度自动验收。在自行研制的EMCD-Ⅱ误差测控仪上实现其梯形螺纹丝杠的螺旋线误差数据采集与验收。

Abstract:According to the latest standard,an optimal algorithm is adopted to deal with the dynamic measurement error of machine tool trapezoidal screw and ball screw,and the accepting programs of helical axial error,pitch error,cumulative pitch error of machine tool trapezoidal screw and specifications of travel accuracy of ball screw are carried out automatically.On EMCD-Ⅱ (Error Measurement and Control Device),developed by the research group,the spiral error data collection and acceptance of its trapezoidal screw have been realized.
