摘    要:探讨了转炉出钢及真空精炼采用钢中碳和加增碳剂对钢水进行辅助脱氧的效果。实践表明,该工艺与常规脱氧工艺相比,不仅减少了固态脱氧产物的产生,提高了钢水洁净度,同时还降低了脱氧合金的消耗。

Abstract:The effect which molten steel is promoted to be further deoxidized by adding carbon and carburant into molten steel in tapping by converter or vacuum refining is discussed. Actual deoxidizing results show that by using the new deoxidizing method solid resultants formed in operation of deoxidization are not only reduced, but also cleanness of molten steel is improved and the consumption of deoxidizing alloy is cut down comparing with conventional deoxidizing technology.
