摘    要:在线电解修整(ELID)削磨是镜面磨削加工的技术。在分析ELID镜面磨削机理的基础上,对ELID磨削过程中影响砂轮耐用度的主工因素,包括电解修整参数、磨削液成分、磨削工艺参数和砂轮结合剂等进行了实验研究和分析,说明由于在线电解修整过程中的非线性电解作用,这些因素对砂轮磨损速度的影响可以通过残留维持电流反映出来,最后根据在线电解修整过程的特点,给出了用残留维持电流估算砂轮耐用度的计算公式。

Abstract:Electrolytic In process Dressing (ELID) is a new technique for mirror surface grinding. By analysing the principle of ELID mirror surface grinding,the main factors having influence on the grinding wheel life in ELID grinding process, including electrolytic dressing parameters,composition of grinding fluids,grinding technological parameters and bond materials of grinding wheel are analysed and researched by experiments. As a result of non linear electrolytic effect in ELID grinding process,the influence of these factors on the wear rate of grinding wheels can be showed by the residual current. Finally,according to the characteristics of electrolytic dressing process, a calculating formula estimating the wheel life through the residual current is given.
