摘    要:试验人员在进行某站10 kV开关柜局放测试时,使用PDS-T90的地电波模式对高压室内开关柜进行TEV、超声、特高频信号普测,其中在多个开关柜发现特高频异常信号明显,于是使用PDS-G1500变电站局部放电检测与定位系统对相应开关柜特高频信号的性质进行判断,并追踪信号的来源。经过定位分析后确定放电位置并提出停电检修建议。经过检修班对相关开关柜现场停电检查,检查后对定位的位置进行查看发现明显的放电痕迹,放电为穿柜套管金属件与母线之间的悬浮电位放电,放电位置可见白色粉末和灼烧痕迹,检查结果初步验证了局放测试和定位的准确性。本次停电检查得到验证以及此类带电测试,对开关柜局放试验有较大的指导意义。

Abstract:Test personnel in a station 10 kV switchgear partial discharge test,the use of PDS-T90 to TEV,ultrasonic wave patterns,UHF signal measurement of indoor high-voltage switch cabinet,which found that UHF abnormal signal is obvious in the multiple switch cabinet,so the use of partial discharge detection and positioning system of PDS-G1500 substation of the corresponding switch cabinet.The high frequency signal is judged,and tracking signal source.After the location analysis,the discharge position is determined and the power failure maintenance suggestions are put forward.After overhaul class of switchgear on-site power check,check on the position to view found obvious signs of discharge for discharge,floating potential discharge between metal casing wear cabinets with the bus,the discharge position visible white powder and burn marks,preliminary examination results to verify the accuracy of the partial discharge test and positioning.The power failure inspection has been verified and this kind of live test has great guiding significance for the PD test of the switchgear.
