摘    要:以石煤为原料,钠沸石、碳酸钠为复合添加剂,采用焙烧技术提取石煤中的钒。考察了复合添加剂钠沸石、碳酸钠用量,以及焙烧温度、焙烧时间、浸出温度、浸出时间和硫酸用量等焙烧和浸出工艺参数对钒浸出率的影响,并进行了平行实验。结果表明,当钠沸石用量7%、碳酸钠用量9%、焙烧温度750℃、焙烧时间4 h、浸出温度60℃、浸出时间4 h、硫酸用量为3%时,钒的浸出率可高达92.59%,焙烧过程无废气污染,清洁高效。

Abstract:The stone coal was used as raw material,the natrolite and sodium carbonate were added as composite additives,roasting technology was used to extract vanadium of stone coal.Natrolite dosage,sodium carbonate dosage,roasting temperature,roasting time,leaching temperature,leaching time and sulfuric acid dosage were investigated on the leaching rate of vanadium,and a parallel experiment was carried out.The results showed that when the natrolite dosage was 7%,sodium carbonate was 9%,roasting temperature was 750℃,roasting time was 4 h,leaching temperature was 60℃,leaching time was 4 h and sulfuric acid dosage was 3%,the leaching rate of vanadium was 92.59%.There is no waste gas in the roasting process and the process is clean and efficient.
