摘    要:在湿气集输管网运行过程中,积液会降低管输效率,加剧管道腐蚀,引起管网节点压力升高。针对某气田集输系统建立管网积液模型,通过单因素控制变量法,研究管网输气量、气体质量含液率、集气站出站温度、集气末站进站压力对管网积液量及积液分布的影响效应,通过正交试验设计研究各运行参数对积液的影响程度。研究结果表明,输气量的降低、气体质量含液率的增加、集气站出站温度的降低和集气末站进站压力的上升,均会引起管网积液量和积液管段数量增加。运行参数对积液量的影响从大到小依次为管网输气量、集气末站进站压力、气体质量含液率、集气站出站温度。输气量对积液量的影响最为显著,这将为积液控制提供指导。

Abstract:During the operation of wet gas gathering and transportation pipeline network,liquid accumulation will reduce the pipeline transportation efficiency,accelerate pipeline corrosion,and cause the increase of pipeline network node pressure.A liquid accumulation model is established for the gathering and transportation systems of a gas field.The single-factor control variable method is used to study the influence effect of gas transmission volume of the pipeline network,liquid mass fraction of gas,outlet temperature of gas gathering station,and inlet pressure of terminal gas gathering station on liquid accumulation volume and distribution.The influence degree of each operating parameter on liquid accumulation is studied by orthogonal tests.The study results show that the decrease of gas transmission volume,the increase of liquid mass fraction of the gas,the decrease of outlet temperature of gas gathering station and the increase of inlet pressure of terminal gas gathering station all can cause the increase of liquid accumulation volume and the number of sections with liquid accumulation in the pipeline network.The influence degree of each operating parameter on the liquid accumulation volume in descending order is gas transmission volume of pipeline network,the inlet pressure of terminal gas gathering station,the liquid mass fraction of gas,and the outlet temperature of gas gathering station,which can provide a guidance for liquid accumulation volume control.
