干胶法制备W分子筛

摘    要:以白炭黑为硅源,氢氧化钾为碱源,在干胶条件下合成了W分子筛。考察了铝源、反应体系组成、晶化时间和晶化温度对合成W分子筛的影响。结果表明:当氢氧化铝为铝源、n (K_2O)/n(Al_2O_3)=1.51、n (K_2O)/n (SiO_2)=0.91、晶化时间48h、晶化温度160℃时,所得样品经XRD和FTIR表征确认,得到了结晶良好、纯度较高的W分子筛。

Preparation of W Molecular Sieve by Dry Adhesive Method

Abstract:In this paper, silica was used as the source of silicon and potassium hydroxide as the alkali source.W molecular sieves were synthesized under the condition of dry gel.The effects of aluminum source,reaction system composition,crystallization time and crystallization temperature on the synthesis of W molecular sieves were investigated.The results show that when the aluminum source is aluminum hydroxide and the K_2O/Al_2O_3=1.51, K_2O/SiO_2=0.91 and the crystallization time t=48 h,the crystallization temperature T=160℃,XRD and FTIR characterization confirmed the good crystallinity W molecular sieve.
