某燃煤发电厂改建工程职业病危害控制效果评价

目的对某燃煤发电厂改建工程可能产生的职业病危害因素及防护措施进行控制效果评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和检查表法等方法进行综合分析评价。结果该建设项目总体布局,生产设备布局和职业病防护设施设计符合国家标准。但作业场所噪声和粉尘有不同程度超标现象,部分工作场所照度不符合相关国家标准。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果基本合格,但需进一步完善隔声降噪、防尘措施,改善部分作业场所的照度。

Evaluation of control effect on occupational hazards of reconstruction project in a coal-burning power plant

Objective]To evaluate the control effect of possible occupational hazard factors and protective measures of reconstruction project in a coal-burning power plant. Methods]The field occupational hygienic investigation,detection of occupational hazard factors in workplaces and check lists method were applied to synthetically analyze and evaluate. Results]The overall layout,production equipments layout and occupational protective facilities design of this construction project accorded with the national standards.The noise and dust intensity in the workplaces exceeded standard at different levels.The illumination levels in some workplaces were not in accordance with the national standards. Conclusion]The control effect on the occupational hazards in the construction project basically meets the standards.However,the measures of noise insulation and dust control should be strengthened,and the illumination levels in some workplaces need to be improved.
