基于MAX3748的千兆SFP光纤收发器电路设计与仿真

摘    要:着重探讨了千兆SFP(小型封装可热插拔)光纤收发器中控制电路参数设计,提出了基于MAX3748千兆SFP光纤收发器中控制电路参数设计方案,在利用CADENCE软件仿真基础上,对接收部分MAX3748芯片的SPICE模型的I/O口进行了仿真分析。

Abstract:In this paper,we discuss the latest development of SFP transceiver technologies and their applications which have received wide attention in industry.This paper has also made a study on the design of control circuit of SFP and suggested some practicable methods.IBIS model and SPICE Model are introduced at the end of the paper,which are used to simulate performance of systems. This paper illustrates the feasible architecture and tries to build a new generation Gigabit Small Form-Factor Pluggable optic transceiver.
