中早期Paget’s病影像学征象与病理对照研究（附1例报道及文献回顾）

目的探讨中早期Paget’s病X线、CT与ECT表现，并与病理对照。方法报道一例经手术病理证实、具有完整资料的Paget’s病并进行献回顾。结果X线平片显示病变沿应力线分布，CT显示病灶区骨质呈绒毛样改变，间有斑片状磨玻璃样改变。结论X线，CT征象与Paget’s病中早期的病理改变密切相关，对中早期Paget’s病诊断具有重要的价值。

A comparative study between imaging findigs and pathololy of mild - early stage Paget's disease

Objective To investigate X-ray,CT and ECT findings of mild-early stage Paget's disease (PD)and to understand the correlation between the imaging finding and the pathology.Methods X-ray plain film and CT findings of 1 case PD which was demonstrated by pathology,and related literature were reviewed in the study.Results On X-ray plain film,the lesions were distributed along the stress line of long bone,while on CT images,bony tissue in lesion areas or lesion spacings presented villous-like and/or ground glasslike change.Conclusion There is close correlation between X-ray,CT findings and pathologic changes of mild-early stage PD,and therefore these imaging techinques have important utilily for diagnosing PD.
