摘    要:鑫珠春矿建筑物下压煤占可采储量的44%,采用膏体充填开采技术解放压煤,在充填开采过程中存在充填模板与采煤支架间空顶距大,二者之间采用单体支柱护顶,致使工人劳动强度大,效率低。针对此问题,研究开发出自移充填模板和6柱式采煤支架,充填模板与采煤支架配合实现机械化充填开采技术,极大减轻了工人的劳动强度,工作效率提高近4倍。通过理论计算和现场观测确定单组支架工作阻力为4 350 kN,有效解决顶板控制问题。

Abstract:The coal reserves uner buildings accounts for more than 44% of the total workable reserves of Xinzhuchun Coal Mine,through paste backfilling mining technology,the coal is liberated.The empty-support distance between filling template and support is large in the process of backfill mining,and monomer column is used to support roof,which leads to great labor intensity and low efficiency.The paper researches and develops self-moving filling template and six-columns support to solve this problem.Mechanized mining backfilling technology is realized by compounding practice of template and support,which alleviates workers' labor intensity,work efficiency is improved nearly 4 times.Working resistance of single group support is determined as 4 350 kN though theoretical calculation and field measurement.The problem of roof control is solved effectively.
