| 摘 要： | 在多层砖混结构住宅建设中，普遍存在预制空心板顺板缝开裂及现浇钢筋砼楼板裂缝等质量问题，文中对预制空心板顺板开裂及现浇钢筋砼楼板板裂缝的原因进行了分析，并在此基础上，提出了预防裂缝产生的具体措施。

| Abstract: | In the construction of multi story housing,there widely exist some crack problems in precast cored slab and reinforced concrete floor board cast in situs.The reason for the crack is analysed in this paper,and the preventive measure is also proposed. |
